Ghana to host Top Executive Seminar on Leadership & Business Success

The London Graduate School (londongs.co.uk) in collaboration with the Commonwealth University will from 25 to 26 February, 2016 hold a Regional Seminar for Top Executive on Leadership and Business Success at Ange Hill Hotel in Accra.

The seminar which is under the theme “Developing Managerial & Leadership Effectiveness”, brings together leaders to share ideas and learn new ways of tackling the leadership challenges ahead.

In a statement signed by Ms. Sadiksha, Head of Continuing Education Programmes at the London Graduate School, the two day Executive Seminar and Public Lecture will also honor some deserving business executives and leaders with Honorary Doctorate Degree in various fields.

The London Graduate School is a tuition provider and administrator of programmes of several universities, colleges and professional institutions including the Commonwealth Academic of Leadership and Management, London, and the Commonwealth University (London Centre).

Strategically designed and positioned to coincide with the 10th Anniversary of the Commonwealth University (London Centre), the event will feature prominent speakers and trainers from around the global.

Below is the profile of the expert speakers:

  1. Dr Angelo Kehayas
    Dr Angelo Kehayas is the CEO of ProfWeb, a consulting, coaching and training company. Angelo has been accredited as a leadership, performance and business coach and NLP practitioner. He is a supervisory coach and faculty member of the SA College of Applied Psychology, associate faculty for the Gordon Institute of Business Science and Cornerstone university. Angelo has extensive management, IT, consulting, facilitation, training, coaching, change and programme management experience in large and small organisations. He is the president and executive director of the Institute of Management Consultants South Africa and has actively been involved with the setting of standards in the profession internationally for 22 years.
  1. Dr. Michael Addison
    Prof Dr Michael Addison (BA, MA, DSc) is the Chancellor of the Commonwealth University. He is a graduate of two of Europe’s leading universities (Bristol University & Sussex University) and is a noted writer on seventeenth century religious history.  Michael has many years of experience in Further and Higher education. He is currently a Director at Global Exams Education Centre UK (GEECUK). Michael was Principal at Abbey College in London, one of London’s leading colleges of higher education. He was also Director of Studies and Programme Director at other colleges, after many years teaching history and politics. He will be speaking on Top Ten Mistakes Leaders Make and Human Resource Utilization.
  1. David Iornem
    Prof. David Iornem is a management consultant, university teacher and author of international standing whose works have appeared in Management in Nigeria, the authoritative journal of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered. Prof David Iornem is an Accredited Management Trainer. He will be speaking on Strategic Visioning and on The Power of Teamwork.
  2. Bruce DuncanProf. Dr. Bruce Duncan is a leading management consultant and training expert. He has contributed to the proposed restructuring of a large welfare organisation that led to its geographical expansion and growth. Bruce’s contribution to the educational sector has been varied. He is currently consulting with a management committee in the process of applying to start and run an Academy (in line with the government’s focus on community-based schooling initiatives). He is will be speaking on Leadership and Governance (Lessons from Nelson Mandela) and Conflict Management.
  3. Shadrach Kohol IornemShadrach is the Director of Programmes at London Graduate School. He specializes in organizational development and learning for professional people and their organizations. He provides guidance, advice and facilitation in all aspects of organization development, from strategy formulation to change management. He has many years of experience in helping managers in professional services organizations get the best from their people. Shadrach will be leading discussions on NLP: Enhancing Communication and Rapport Building and Effective Delegation.
